Introduction
Sarahill Consulting Sdn. Bhd. has established and documented its Quality Management System to ensure that all activites and services provided satisfy client’s need and expectations. The system is reviewed from time to meet our corporate objective of satisfying client’s changing needs and expectations. Client’s feedbacks and responses are collected through client’s survey and client’s complaints. They are analysed and actions are taken to address the issues brought by the clients. As a result of our commitment and compliance to ISO requirements, Sarahill Consulting Sdn. Bhd. had been awarded ISO 9001:2000 by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance on 1st May 2004 for Provision of Civil, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Consultancy Services Including Site Supervision. Since then, Sarahill Consulting Sdn. Bhd. had upgraded herself to ISO 9001:2008 in April 2010 and subsequently to ISO 9001:2015 in November 2018.
Implementation of Quality Management System
As an organization dealing with the provision of engineering consultancy services, it is Sarahill’s vision and mission to ensure that design and later, the realization of the engineering works be carried out professionally. A consistent approach is developed to manage the project within quality assurance framework in order to fulfill client’s requirements.
Quality management system is implemented throughout the company’s business processes and procedure encompassing core processes as well as support processes in documentation and administrative back up. Sarahill’s Quality System is reviewed and updated to ensure continuing effectiveness and suitability. This quality system review ensures that the quality system continues to serve the company’s quality policy and objectives. Sarahill has a regular program of internal audit. These quality audits determine whether quality activities comply with planned arrangements and the requirements of ISO 9001:2015. Sarahill’s quality policy is to:
- Ensure that all our design works will meet or exceed the requirements and expectation of our clients while conforming to all relevant regulatory and statutory requirements.
- Complete design projects on or ahead of time and ensure cost effectiveness
